Recent bad weather

Posted by [email protected] on January 23, 2014 at 4:20 PM Comments comments (0)

Thanks to all users who managed to continue to use the repeater during the recent period of windy weather.

We took the decision to tilt the mast over for what turned out to be a period of about 6 weeks, during the period

we had a couple of 80mph storms and numerous others lower speed storms, the repeater continued at 25watts

but with the aerial at about 30 degrees to the horizontal and 20+ feet abouve the ground, some users even said the

signal was improved !......................................................Normal service is now resumed.
